Q.    How can I order products?

A.    You can order   products in three different ways:  

Online order form: On our home page, select your printer type and the type of cartridges or toner you want to order. Add the product to the shopping basket by clicking on the cart:

Click on the Secured Check out. Fill the required information on the order form along with the payment option and Submit.

 We accept Master card/ Visa/Discover/Amex for payment method.  

Phone Order: Call 952-893-0143 and a representative will assist you with your particular order.

Fax/Mail order Form: Print the Fax/Mail order form from the web site.  Return the form with the payment information by fax at 952-400-8008 or by mail to Performix, 7401 Coventry way Minneapolis, Minnesota 55439

Q.    How long does it take to process the order?

A.    Normally, the orders will be processed and shipped out within 2-4 days of receiving the request. We will notify you promptly if there is a delay in shipping your order.

Q.    What are compatible cartridges?

A.   We support more than 100 types of compatible cartridges for Canon and Epson printers. These compatible cartridges are brand new and made to OEM specification. Please ask about your printer. Call 952-893-0143

Q.    Do you sell cartridges to corporations or service contracts?

A.    Among our customers are local businesses and the school districts. We support bulk orders and have contract agreements giving discounts on the bulk orders. We also service laser and inkjet cartridges under contracts.

Q.    What is your guarantee?

A.     Our cartridges are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations or your money back. All cartridges have 60 day money back guarantee. After 60 days any defective cartridge will be replaced with the same type cartridge. 

Q.    What is your return policy?

A.    Please call 952-893-0143 to get return instructions for you cartridge. All returns within 60 days will be given full refund. Returns after 60 days from the date of purchase up to a year will be replaced with a similar cartridge. 

Q.    Who does your after sale service works?

A.    We offer online support and toll free number for reordering, questions and concerns. Also you can approach us over the e-mail any time at [email protected] . You can call us at 952 893 0143 from 8AM.-6 PM. (CST) Monday-Friday.

Q.    How much is shipping cost?

A.    Our shipping costs is $4.99 up to the orders worth $75. Orders shipped by priority mail have a cost of $6.99. Shipping is free for orders worth over $75. All COD orders will be charged additional $ 7.50. Shipping to  Hawaii and Canada have additional surcharges.

Q.    Do you Guarantee cartridges?

A.    We have a money back satisfaction Guarantee on all our products. If unsatisfied mail us the product in its original packaging and we will refund the original cost. Please note this refund will not include the shipping cost. 

Q   What are the shipping charge for the international orders ?

A.    We ship our product via the best value means available at a given time.  The customer is charged only for the cost of the shipping that we incur for their specific order that could range from $10 -40 dollars depending on the destination.  We do not charge any handling fee for international orders – the customer is billed only for the actual shipping cost.

Q.    How to mail empty cartridges to ?

A.    We will mail you a prepaid mailer for shipping your cartridges. A minimum of 3+ of  laser cartridges and a minimum of 10 for inkjet cartridges can be mailed using this prepaid mailing label.  If you want to mail lesser quantity please mail it to 7401 Coventry way Minneapolis, Minnesota 55439. Just send us an email or mention it in the “Comments” section while ordering. For organizations/schools/colleges etc, we suggest that you use our recycling model for maximum effectiveness.
